These Terms of Service govern your use of the Island Run delivery platform, operated by Digitize Jamaica Ltd.

1. Using Island Run

By creating an account or placing an order with Island Run, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to use the platform.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability from our restaurant and store partners. Prices, delivery fees, and estimated delivery times are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or order volume. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate — we are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before the merchant begins preparing them. If there is an issue with your order — missing items, incorrect items, or quality concerns — contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, abuse promotional offers, harass drivers or merchants, or engage in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Island Run acts as a platform connecting customers with independent merchants and drivers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
